Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of To The Brim services, subscription billing, cancellations and rental agreements. By placing an order you agree to our terms.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew according to the selected frequency. You may pause or cancel with 7 days notice unless otherwise stated for partner pre-orders.

Rentals & agreements

Rental items require a signed agreement at checkout and may require a refundable deposit. Equipment must be present and undamaged at time of collection. Non-return or damage results in deposit forfeiture and may incur additional charges.

Payment

All orders are paid in full before fulfillment begins. No procurement is initiated before payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

Pre-order items

Items marked Pre-order require a minimum 48-hour lead time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by Lagos traffic and logistics. A designated member of your team must be present to receive and sign off on all deliveries.

Refunds

Quality complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. TTB will investigate and offer a replacement delivery or account credit at its discretion. Cash refunds are issued only where TTB is unable to fulfil a paid order.
