Orders can be modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery window. Please email us or reach out on WhatsApp with your order reference number.
We stock drinks (bottled water, sodas, juices, specialty coffees), snacks (chips, nuts, biscuits, granola bars), and pastries (croissants, small cakes, muffins) from vetted Lagos-based vendors and bakeries. The catalogue is updated regularly — check the Catalogue page for current availability.
Some items (marked "Pre-order") are made fresh to order and require at least 48 hours lead time. Place your order at least 2 days in advance for these items to be included in your delivery.
There is currently no minimum order. However, delivery is most cost-effective for orders above ₦5,000. For small one-off orders, consider combining with colleagues to maximise value.
We currently deliver to offices on Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Lekki (Phase 1 & 2), Ikoyi, and Oniru. We're expanding to the mainland — contact us to check if your area is covered.
We offer three delivery windows: 9:00 – 12:00, 12:00 – 15:00, and 15:00 – 18:00. Choose your preferred window during checkout. Deliveries happen Monday through Friday.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is confirmed, and our team will reach out via WhatsApp when the rider is on the way. Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at your office.
If nobody is available to receive the order, our rider will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the order is returned and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.
We accept card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack — Nigeria's leading payment gateway. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Yes. We use Paystack for all payment processing — we never store your card details on our servers. Paystack is PCI-DSS compliant and trusted by thousands of Nigerian businesses.
If your order was not delivered or items were incorrect/damaged, we'll refund the affected items or arrange a replacement delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery with your order reference. See our Terms & Conditions for the full refund policy.
Yes. For corporate accounts, we can provide monthly consolidated invoices for expense reconciliation. Contact us to set up invoice billing for your organisation.
Yes. You need an account to complete checkout. Creating one is quick — just your name, email, and a password. Your account lets you track past orders and save your delivery address.
Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email address and we'll send a password reset link.
You can enter or update your delivery address directly on the homepage order panel before each order — it's a free text field, so you can type any Lagos address.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly delivery subscriptions, as well as one-off orders for events. Select your preferred frequency in the order panel on the homepage.
Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to pause or cancel. There are no cancellation fees — we only charge for deliveries that have been dispatched.
